Signing the Contract
Once everything is approved, the contract signing process is quick and convenient.
• Online Signing: All contracts are signed remotely, without the need to visit the office. This saves you time and allows you to start working quickly.
• Transparency and Bilingual Contracts: Contracts are prepared in two languages, so you have full clarity about their content and terms.
• Documents via Email: After signing the contract, all documents are sent to your email in PDF format, so you always have them on hand for your records.
• Quick Start: Once the process is complete, you can start work the same day or, at the latest, the next day.

The phases of the NBBU
Phase 1+2
Phase 1+2 lasts 52 weeks of employment. In phase 1-2, you often receive a contract with a temporary employment clause. This means that you have a notice period of only one day. So you can easily stop working. However, the employment agency can also terminate the agreement immediately. Your contract will also be terminated immediately in the event of illness.
Phase 3
A temporary worker can receive a maximum of 6 contracts in a year in phase 3.
Phase 4
Phase 4 means a permanent contract for a temporary worker.
Payroll and salary payment
AGK-Jobs pays on a weekly or a 4-weekly basis.
Do you have a weekly payment? Then we process your worked hours of the past week on Monday. You will receive your salary on Wednesday.
Do you have a four-weekly payment? Then your salary is paid every four weeks on Wednesday.
Wage tax credit
What is wage tax credit? Tax credits are tax reductions. This means you have to pay less tax. AGK-Jobs takes into account the general tax credit and the labour tax credit. These discounts together are called the wage tax credit. This means you pay less wage tax and receive more salary. The wage tax credit applies only to one employer.
